  1. Inquiry & Introduction

  • Goal: Establish connection and understand their needs.

    • Client reaches out via Instagram, website, or referral.

    • You send a short intro: who you are, what we offers, and a link to your portfolio or previous work.

    • Gather key info:

      • Inspiration images or vibe references

      • Budget range & timeline

    Deliverable: Quick intake form or questionnaire (digital or PDF).

    2. Consultation / Vision Session

    Goal: Discover the mood, emotion, and function behind their vision.

    • Schedule a 30–60 minute meeting (in-person or virtual).

    • Discuss:

      • Style to express

      • Color palettes, textures, and finishes they’re drawn to

    Deliverable: Mood board or concept board — showing color schemes, materials, and reference imagery.

    3. Concept & Design Proposal

    Goal: Translate their vision into a tangible concept.

  • Submit 1st deposit

    • I’ll create a visual design proposal (PDF or digital deck).

      • Sketches, renders, or photos of materials.e

      • Timeline & pricing estimate.

    Deliverable: Concept presentation + cost estimate for approval.

    4.  Production / Styling Phase

    Goal: Bring the concept to life.

    • Sourcing and preparing materials

    • Overseeing final styling

    Deliverable: Progress updates, behind-the-scenes shots, and final reveal photos.

    5. Review & Refinement

    Goal: Ensure satisfaction before completion.

    • Client walks through

    • Minor touch-ups or adjustments if needed.

    • Gather feedback or testimonial.

    • Submit final payment

    6. Completion & Aftercare

    Goal: Leave a lasting impression and open the door for future work.

    • Provide care instructions

    • Send a thank-you message with professional photos for their use.

    • Ask permission to share the project on social media or portfolio.
